Post ML

At the beginning of February 2010, I racked all of the 2009 lots that were finished with both primary and secondary fermentation. I racked lot by lot, so no blending is done at this point. The wines are stunning, and it reinforces why I love winemaking so much. There is no greater joy for a winemaker (at least this winemaker) than filling barrels and having the winery smell like all of the great wines going back into barrel.
